Paradise Island & The Mangroves (Cayo Arena)的点评
点评：The worst experience ever offered by Paradise.com employees. The trip supposed to be 8-10 hours and we spent 7 hours on the bus picking up and dropping off people. We are at Viva Tangarine resort which is very far from the so called paradise island. Due to weather conditions the Marina called the representative from Paradise , Rosi and ask to cancel the trip as the boat won’t be allowed to navigate to the island..Mr. Rosi told the customers to get off at the last resort where they were picked up and told the driver turned around to drop of other customers …Rosi got another phone call and decided to continue the excursion after waiting our time with pick up and dropping off people. When the 8 of us from viva tangarine expressed the disagreement of continuing the trip Rosi told us the get a taxi to go back and there will be no refund -not professional attitude. We continue the trip without other choice, got to the natural pool and island were we could not enjoy the experience as the weather was very ruff. At the restaurant were we had lunch …surprise…instead of lobster, grilled chicken and fish , we were served with cabbage salad, beans and rice…very disappointing for $150 usd trip.
Rosi acted very unprofessional telling us that if the trip will not continue he won’t get paid and was very focused on asking for tips…
We don’t recommend to take this excursion especially if you are at Viva Tangarine, it’s a long drive with disgusting scenery.
