点评:If you are considering getting a spa treatment i would recommend, ive been several times and treatments dont disappoint, however, if you book a spa day, be mindful that the food will be poor, which is in the Lighthouse Lounge. The standard of food is not hotel quality, A meal deal feom Tesco would have tasted better. The sandwiches are pre made and left out for what I would assume over 24 hours, the bread is wet and sloppy, we had to send ours back to get it toasted. The salad on the side was wilted and wet, not enjoyable at all. I asked for a gluten free tray bake option and there was nothing available. I ordered a hot chocolate instead and when it came out it was spilled all over the saucer, and tasted like warm milk. My friend also got a coffee which according to her tasted very poor quality. Its very disappointing as the spa day was £150 per person, you are at a hotel which is supposed to be luxurious but it felt like we were at a school canteen. We also heard another lady send her scone back and wouldn't take a replacement as it was that bad.
Will not be back for a long time.
