Super helpful and super yummy wines!

点评：My wife and I get to California's wine country around once a year. Of course on these trips we're always traveling up and down Highway 29. Thus, we've driven past Peju winery in the past, but up until now, we've always had our trips fully booked. Well this time we decided to stop and and I'm glad we did!
We were greeted warmly by Maddy Prager and John Kohler, who introduced us to their variety of great wines. On this trip we were focusing on Petit Verdot and in this regard Peju did not disappoint! We tasted and chosen for delivery their 2017 "The Beginning" 100% PV as well as their 2021 "The Beginning" PV/Cab blend.
Maddy also referred me to a winery down the street which also featured great PV wines.
On my way out, she also gave me an Umbrella, since it was really pouring that day.
Peju is a real staple for Napa Valley. They've been here for decades and I'm surprised we've never stopped by before now.
In any event, I highly recommend you stop in and try their wines.
