点评：What a grew day at the beach!
We were on Wonder of the Seas, sailing 5/11-5/18. Having been to St. Marten several times, via cruise, I wanted to experience another beach that we’d never visited. I saw the LIVE cam from Simpson Bay Resort of the Kim Sha Beach area… looked quiet, with calm waters, and a nearby beach bar ( or two ) to provide drinks/food. Kim Sha Beach was the answer! An easy 25 minute taxi from the port ( $8 each, $24 total for3 people ). The day we were there, there were yellow, blue, and tan umbrellas lined up on the beach. A very nice lady named Mandy greeted us ( tan umbrellas ). $30 for a few chairs and an umbrella. Perfect. Easy, zero entry into the water, no water shoes required. If interested, jet skis, stand up paddle boards, kayaks, etc., were available for rent. Or… bring your own floats ( as we did ) and float in the crystal blue waters for the day. Mandy arranged for a cab back to the ship ( give yourself plenty of time if more than one ship is in port ). Plenty of time for shopping at the port before returning to the ship.
Bring plenty of smaller bills for cabs, food, drink, chair rental, etc.

带上足够多的小额纸币，用于打车、吃饭、喝水、租椅子等等。
