点评：We took 2 cruises with this company -- (1) Whale Watching; and (2) Lighthouse, Wildlife, & Acadia National Park Cruise.
Both had an amazing guide and we learned a lot from his commentary. Unfortunately we didn't see any whales but they gave us a voucher (valid for 3 years) to take another cruise and it can be used on any of their cruise options. The check-in/boarding process was seamless and there was plenty of room to sit where we wanted on the ship.
Our ticket for the cruises also gave us discounts at local restaurants. We used the 10% off at the Sunset Cafe for some food before/after our cruises.
Recommendations:
1 - Wear layers. This is more important for the whale watching cruises (you can go up to 50 miles off-shore) & if the weather is not good. We had beautiful weather for the lighthouses cruise and since we weren't in open ocean, we only needed a light jacket instead of our full layers.
2 - Bring binoculars. If you want to view wildlife up close, I recommend that you bring binoculars. They do have them for rent for $10 but we had our own.
3 - The route can change based on the weather. I thought we would see Bass Harbor Head Light from the water but this is only done if the weather is not good. Instead, we went further out to view some harder-to-reach lighthouses. We ended up checking out a bit earlier than planned so that we could drive over to Bass Harbor Head before heading on to our next destination.
