点评：4 of us had a very unpleasant experience at the spa. We had made a booking for 3pm as we ended our game at 1:45pm. We showered, had lunch and showed up at 2:50pm. We were then told our booking was actually 2:30pm and they gave away our slots to 2 people who showed up just after we showed up. Apart from this lie; they said they had tried to look for us and we had not finished our game. This was another blatant lie since we had finished earlier and our clubs were at reception and no one came in to look for us at the cafe. We ended up having to leave to find another spa elsewhere.
2 women came to harass us at the ferry terminal with the same lies. Apparently Mangement was making the staff personally pay for an earlier compensation. They do not believe in customer service at all.
I would caution anyone thinking of making bookings with them that is subject to change at their whim. Put anything they promise in writing.
