点评:We visited the waterpark today on Saturday March 22nd 2025. We want to file a complain as there was awful experience at the tube slide.
We were waiting in line and we were on the stairs for almost 30mins, only when we were near the top platform, a woman with hijab told us the line we were in, are for orange slide. We didn't know that as there is no signage near the top as to which side of stair is for what slide (we do want to try the pink slide). I explained to her we were in line all this time. She repeatedly asked us to go down to ground level. Thanks to a fellow visitor who proved we were in line all these time. Did the woman even know what was going on before having her prejudice on us? She was picking on us in front of many other visitors. After we paid a hefty price even for the locker, this is how she treats the customer? She should be terminated.
