点评：I was a decades long customer of the services provided by Katherine’s Landing, I have visited the location too many times to count. I typically rent a slip for my boat for the duration of my trip for convenience’s sake. In the past I have had issues many times with Raccoons getting onto my boat and pooping on the carpet but the last trip in October 2025 was something completely different. During the night a raccoon destroyed my interior (see picture) trying to get to my built in boat ice chest, the day prior I had stored some carne asada in it. I am currently having the two seat cushions replaced at a cost of $1,000.
Katherine’s management response was that wild animals caused the damage and they don’t have any control over the matter. Management knows the issue has existed but have made zero attempts to protect their customers property. They just shrug and give you the impression that you are bothering them, extremely disappointing.
