Small but packed with so many interesting items on local history.

点评：Tiny little museum, all in one room in a lovely old building but you won't be disappointed. It's cramned with lots of 'everyday' artefacts linked to Fowey but also more unusual things. It covers so many eras of Fowey's fascinating history. The more you look, the more you see. There aren't any interactive displays or touch screens or audio visuals, but the interest lies in the variety small items and the story they tell about this lovely town. There is a small display on the authors Daphne Du Maurier and Arthur Quiller-Couch. The displays are traditional (artefacts, typed labels, glass display cabinets) but this just adds to the charm. A huge bonus is the volunteer/staff member who was full of enthusiasm, great stories and local knowledge. For one pound per adult, this was worth every penny and we spent over an hour in there.
