Spa day is better than doing the Spa sessions

点评：Visited for a Spa day on Weds 6th. Warm & welcome when I arrived, clean changing rooms etc
One downside was no bag given like usual but I had my own from a previous visit so not a huge deal.
Spa was pleasant and relaxing. A few large chatty groups but you come to expect that now. I’m staying at CP alone this week for a mini break and I felt perfectly fine being at the spa on my own - bring a book that’s what I did.
As I was there early it was pretty much empty in most rooms and I had the pool to myself in the morning - before 10 was bliss!
Doing a spa day v the 3 hours was much better. You can roam freely and if one room is too busy you just come back to it later. Lunch is also included. I had a panini with a side salad a raspberry lemonade and a glass of Prosecco all included in the price.
There were 2 members of staff I noted as being particularly good. Reuben from the pool area was welcoming and approachable. He greeted me downstairs in the morning when I grabbed a quick drink and was really friendly. Also Stacy who did a sleep session which was super relaxing and just what I needed at the end of my spa day - they were great & both deserve some recognition.
I did overhear a conversation from the 3 lads downstairs that was inappropriate for them to be discussing at work - maybe they need a little reminder to discuss their intentions for what they may or may not do with females in a private area not around guests
Overall I’d give it 4/5
