点评：We paid £330 for two separate spa packages £125 for a standard spa and lunch package and £205 for a spa, lunch, and massage package. As this was our first visit we expected a buffet-style lunch like at other spas, but instead were offered a very limited set menu of wraps, folded focaccias, or pasta with a drink. This was disappointing especially considering the price paid.
The chicken wrap I received contained only a couple of small pieces of chicken in each half and felt more like a supermarket meal deal lunch than a premium spa experience.
I also paid for a 50-minute massage. I chose not to have the included scalp massage, and it was agreed that extra time would instead be spent on my back and legs. However, the massage started late at around 1:40pm and was stopped at 2:15pm. The therapist then returned to explain she had mistakenly ended the treatment early after losing track of time, despite the scalp massage not being carried out. Overall not great.
