点评：I love this place. Been probably 10times. I especially love the complimentary sleep, sauna and product demos. This visit I arrived at the room for product demo - No one arrived so I waited then went to find a host. I was told abruptly these you now book onto. Fair enough but I pointed out the info board says this only by one of the three sessions on the list and not the one I wanted. The added wording should be at the top to explain all needed booking. She just said I should have booked on. I felt so deflated; I had paid treatments in the morning; I always have a free facial via the product demo after a swim. No problem with pre-book but a) CP could communicate at booking in or b) better boards and c) better communication to me. Ruined the feel of my day.
