点评：I had an exceptional experience at Christy Sports in Boulder. Last year, I purchased a full setup, and Evan Holton was fantastic in helping me find exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, the boots broke on the very first day. When I returned, they replaced them with an identical pair that same evening—no hassle, just great service.
After a year of use, the boots broke again due to a manufacturer defect. (A word of caution—maybe avoid K2 boots!) While the warranty was through K2 and Evan technically didn’t need to get involved, he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. He facilitated a full refund for store credit through K2 and worked with me to find a new pair that fit perfectly. He even spent hours customizing the boots, from heat molding to fine-tuning every detail, to ensure they were just right.
Evan’s effort to go above and beyond for something that wasn’t even Christy Sports’ responsibility is what sets this experience apart. He turned a frustrating situation into one I’m truly grateful for. Christy Sports has earned my loyalty, and I can’t recommend them enough!
