Westgate River Ranch Resort的点评
点评：I never write neg reviews but this is a big one! Do not fall for westgate timeshare. Big lie. A scam. Our salesperson- Yunior from westgate lakes resort and spa orlando, fl lied to us with everything. Turns out what he sold us was all nothing but far from reality. We are stuck with the contract. Karma will do its part.
This place- westgate river ranch is not all that. Needs remodeling, nicer decor, lighting at night and more activities. It is a ghost town. The little bit there is closes at 4 pm and 6 pm. Nothing to do exept a few 40 min. activities you must pay for. I was expecting a much nicer property with lots to offer. Sales people are slick and try to get you into a timeshare when you sign is a totally different ball game. They still while enjoying your owners week try to get you into changing plans. Before arrival they contacted us. Their tactic is being extra nice and making it seem as if you are getting into something out of this world. Jaimelee from westgate river ranch in the end had same purpose, insisted we see floor model plan and offering us a change in plan. Was not able to do anything for us but instead we waisted another two hrs. Texted her for a discount in golf cart and no answer after she knew we would not up grade/make an changes. Same strategy they all have. She brought a 2nd coworker to help out. Very disrespectful. She knew of our bad past experience with Yunior. We just needed to rent golf cart and get our loyalty QR on profile. Timeshare has been paid off & we are not enjoying it one bit!
