What a narrow gate! Stunning house

点评：Visited on a coach trip, had a lovely couple of hours in Lytham before arriving at the hall around 13.30. We were greeted on arrival and given a quick introduction to the hall. It's a self tour, which I prefer, but volunteers available in most rooms who are very passionate about the building and very knowledgeable.
I have been to many stately houses but this one blew me away, it's beautifully presented and so interesting to see. Lots of information available.
I took so many photos. I think my favourite room was on the top floor - the hospital ward.
We strolled around the hall which nicely ended in a courtyard cafe, lots of different seating options available both indoors and outside. There's also an ice cream parlor.
As you leave the cafe there's a huge plant sale. My friend, who has an allotment, was in her element, she's planning on returning in her car.
The garden area is also stunning.
This was my 1st visit but I suspect I'll be back. Very reasonable entrance fee. They seem to have a great variety of events throughout the year
