Never again very poor
The Warren Golf and Country Club的点评
点评：We went to the Warren for a family party in the Rose Barn.
The venue itself was really nice.
We had decided to stay overnight in one of the chalets opposite, we had two rooms.
The chalets had clearly not been cleaned prior to our arrival and for some time.
There was a champagne cork and wire sleeves on the carpet, hairs and dust on the shower tray, dead flys on the bathroom window cills.
No shower mat, no hand towels. The towel rail could not have been cleaned for months it was filthy.
It’s a nice room but felt very grubby.
It gets worse, the morning after we went over to the restaurant / barn for breakfast, we were the only ones there for breakfast. We were told to sit in the bar area, there was no sign of a breakfast, after a few minutes I said to a lady how do we get breakfast, she said it’s being cooked, we said what is being cooked she said a fry up for each of you.
We couldn’t believe what we was hearing, our breakfast was being cooked and we were not asked what we wanted. No cereals, no orange juice, no toast, all we we’re getting was a fry up. My wife couldn’t eat half of hers as it was covered in garlic.
We have traveled around the world, been in hundreds of hotels guest houses, but never have we had a breakfast put in front of us without even asking us what we want. We were absolutely stunned. How can you presume that everyone eats fry ups and meat.
You cannot serve people food without asking what they would like etc.
So for £150 per room per night, for a room that’s not been cleaned and a breakfast you eat or go without.
Never again and wouldn’t recommend.

你不能在不询问人们想要什么等的情况下为他们提供食物。
因此，每间客房每晚 150 英镑，房间没有打扫，而且早餐你可以吃或不吃。
再也不会，也不会推荐。
