Nice morning spa day just needs some TLC

点评：Went here for my mums 60th gift that I purchased through buyagift. All very well organised and all the staff were lovely. We had great massages included in our package and the lunch was very delicious.
A few things that didn’t give it 5 stars:
- there are no signs around the grounds telling you where things are, we had to guess which building was the spa and where our lunch was served
- the women’s changing rooms were extremely stuffy despite windows being open. It needs a good renovation - if I was paying a membership I wouldn’t be too pleased with using these frequently. There’s just things like metal fixings have all corroded in the showers, there’s unsanded filler on the wall in the toilet and lots of the corners of the rooms are all chipped or need painting. It just needs some TLC.
- the spa can get quite busy at times and the members dominated the outdoor pool a lot during our 3hrs there. They were doing laps and made us feel like we were in their way. The pools small enough, let alone if 2 people are doing laps!
- the coffee machine in the little room upstairs was confusing and the instructions weren’t very clear.
- the 2 course lunch was delicious but quite posh/limited, but why are they charging an £8 supplement if you want the chicken dish? This is common for something like steak, but a chicken & mushroom dish, really??

楼上小房间里的咖啡机操作起来很麻烦，说明书也写得不清楚。
两道菜的午餐味道不错，但感觉有点高档/选择有限。鸡肉菜为什么要额外收费8英镑？牛排之类的菜加这个价还正常，但鸡肉蘑菇菜也加价，真的吗？
