Unique looking coral and sand, worth a trip.
Rendezvous Beach的点评
点评：I did not hike to this beach, I snorkeled around to it from Little Bay. I would only recommend that route to experienced snorkelers and only in good weather.
As for the beach itself, it is a nice beach, whiter sand than any other beach on the island. What I really liked about it though was the reef on the north side of the beach. There are corals that you do not see at other beaches on that side. The coral is more like "tabletop" coral I have seen at other islands, it creates quite interesting structure. You also have a better chance of seeing some more interesting looking fish. I saw a lot of needle fish, a couple turtles, and the usual swarm of reef fish.
There were also tracks of larger turtles coming up the beach, although I never saw a turtle itself.
When I was there I was the only person on the beach, which was nice.
If you want to see a different type of beach from that of Woodlands, it is worth a trip.
