Outstanding, Personable Experience - Excellent Transportation Service!

点评：If you’re looking for a wonderful transportation experience throughout Costa Rica, do yourself a favor and book Meléndez Tours and Travel! Aaron, who owns the company with his mother, is the kindest human and most helpful and reliable driver. Our group of six are just returning from our first-ever trip to CR - a spring break trip, celebrating two best friends and soon-to-be high school graduates. We found Aaron’s company, a family-owned business, via CR Facebook groups and TripAdvisor. Hiring Melendez Tours and Travel for transportation was the best decision we made.
Aaron provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond our expectations. He is extremely personable, has great English, and genuinely wants his customers to feel at home in his country.
Not only did he drive us to/from SJO and Jaco (where we had an amazing rental home right on the beach), but when we inquired about certain excursions, he helped us with recommendations, arrangements and transportation based on our group’s interests. During one excursion, Aaron stayed and took photos for us, and even took us to local (free) places to see macaws and capuchin monkeys, and seek out sloths.
Our entire group felt at ease with Aaron and enjoyed talking with him about CR and life in general. We all felt like we gained a friend. 😊 We learned so much about CR from Aaron that we otherwise might not have known. Anytime I had a question, he responded promptly via What’s App - easing my mind about any worries.
We truly could not have asked for a better transportation experience! Thank you Aaron and Melendez Tours and Travel for your outstanding hospitality and top-notch, reliable service! We hope to return to this beautiful country someday - and when we do, we will be sure to contact Aaron! Until then … Pura Vida!🌴
