Poor quality and charged extra on delivery

点评：We went to the Toronto distillery district, the gentleman doing our photos was very polite, happy and patient. He went through all the options with us and was happy to show us multiple different styles. That is the only reason we gave the 2 stars otherwise I would give negative if I could.
We ordered a print 40X40 which we were told would be high quality, after taxes it came to $450 CAD. We received our ‘high quality’ print today and it is AWFUL. We got one of the effects behind our irises and the quality and definition of the effect is far greater than the sharpness and quality of the actual Iris making it look even more dual than it is. The Iris it self is very noisy (grainy) and dull. This is not a high quality photo at all. As a photographer myself I feel completely ripped off. I would never sell this quality to a customer and tell them it’s a high quality image. We got this done because friends of ours had theirs done at a place called Eyemazy and their image is VERY sharp with lots of detail. If you want to get this done I highly suggest you go there instead. I added a photo so you can see the difference between the added effects and actual Iris quality.
Also for anyone from Toronto on top of the high price we paid we had to pay an extra $25 in duty and taxes! For an image we had done in Toronto! Insane. Can’t recommend this company.
