Not so relaxing
Imagine Spa Park Farm Hethersett的点评
点评：We had arranged a spa day for for my friends 50th birthday, on arrival we were greeted and asked for our lunch and treatment requests, and then shown to the changing rooms.
Reception and changing rooms very nice, staff very friendly. We all had treatments which were amazing and very relaxing, had to ask where to get a drink from as it was very warm inside and felt dehydrated. Was taken to the lovely garden rooms and we enjoyed a drink and then waited for our lunch (which was preordered for 12.30 and came out at 12.50!)
We then went to enjoy the spa area, only a few people there so enjoyed the pool sauna steam and jacuzzi, we then relaxed on 3 beds even though 4 of us as not enough beds! We then found it got very busy especially with children and familys children jumping and splashing in the pool and using sauna and jacuzzi, it became very noisy and loud!
As you advertise your spa as "step into your own world where you can lounge swim indulgde or simply let the world go by" this was not the case towards the later part of our day, we left an hour early.
The facilities are very good just a shame a relaxing spa day, ended disappointing
