Imagine Spa Park Farm Hethersett的点评
点评：We were very generously treated to a spa pamper day which we booked in August, three of us in total. The facilities are amazing as were the treatments we received.
Just a couple of gripes:
We spent quite some time upon arrival completing forms detailing our personal details giving the impression a discussion would happen whereby advice and recommendations offered for which treatments would best suit us. A lady simply asked which treatments we were having and it seemed the forms were completely disregarded. A tad disappointing.
During the introduction, a lady gave us a lengthly overview of the facilities which we struggled to take in. We were told to go to a certain area for lunch. We couldn't find this so went to the bar area to get a drink. A staff member politely told us we weren't allowed there in our gowns which was embarrassing. We found another staff member for instructions on where we had to go for lunch/drinks...we sat there for 10 minutes and no one came, I had to walk back to the bar area to ask for someone!
In essence a good experience but with some tweaks could have been better.
