Disappointing Hen Do Experience – Definitely Not a Spa

点评：We booked Imagine Spa in Hethersett for a hen do and, honestly, the whole experience was a huge let-down. This is not a spa — it’s a leisure centre for kids and families, and it really should be advertised as such.
The treatment rooms were lovely, but any chance of relaxation was ruined by the constant sound of children running and screaming on their way to the changing rooms. The swimming pool area was the same — every lounger was taken up by families and kids, and if you were lucky enough to find one free it was soggy and wet. Relaxing in a “spa” pool full of children shouting and splashing was the opposite of what we expected.
When we arrived, we even asked the man on reception what time the children would leave. His response was, “6pm,” followed by a laugh — not exactly the professional welcome we had hoped for.
On top of that, the staff seemed unsure of our hen do package and it all felt disorganised. The food that came with the package wasn’t exactly A* either, and there was nowhere to sit and properly chill out between treatments - we were told we needed to go and wait in the “waiting room” if we wanted somewhere to relax. Even the water stations weren’t topped up, we arrived at 10am. At 12pm I had to ask the receptionist to provide water.
Overall, this was chaotic, noisy, and not remotely the relaxing spa experience we were looking for. We won’t be returning.
