Great show but no heat and bar service poor.ot great.

点评：We had food downstairs, it was tasty but I must say the wine is absolutely awful! They only have 2 types of red wine, it's on tap. It was cold, watery and cheap tasting. Disappointing as it's so important to be able to have a nice glass of wine with food. Really they should address this. It wasn't very warm, the radiator beside us was stone cold. This was despite there being a cold spell ( approx -4).
When the band came on upstairs they joked that they should rename the tour 'The hell freezes over Tour' as it was freezing upstairs!? No heat on. Another bugbear I have is that if you pay €7.50 for a gin they could at least have gin glasses upstairs. Bar service downstairs not good, they were standing chatting and seemed put out when I asked for drink.
On the upside the band were absolutely brilliant, thoroughly enjoyed them.
The place could do with a good spring clean and they need to turn on the heat for customers who have paid plenty for drink and entertainment.
