House From A Christmas Story的点评
点评：We had a ball! Tours run for a half-hour and they go through the house the movie was filmed in, the museum house and end at the gift shop (house). The Bumpass House is part of the property, but not a part of the tour.
The tour is “interactive” which is AWESOME because other patrons were saying that it’s a new thing to be able to touch the items in the house. You can pick up the leg lamp from the crate, you can pick up the upstairs phone to hear the conversation between Mrs. Schwartz and Ralphie’s mom, you can even hide under the kitchen sink from the Old Man before he gets home from work. The memorabilia they’ve acquired from the filming is incredible! David was our tour guide and he was FABULOUS with the little known factoids about filming the movie.
Tours are $20 a person with a fee that have to be purchased online. I was a little leery about that much PER PERSON to view a house, but if you are a fan on the movie, it was entirely worth it!
