Hervey Bay Botanic Gardens的点评
点评：We travel extensively , and always try to fit in a visit to the local botanical gardens as we have a love of nature and plants.
It quickly became clear, Hervey Bays number one interest is the beach and whales. If you are looking for other interests you wont find them in Hervey Bay. I gave Hervey Bay Botanical gardens 2 stars as they do have a very small Orchid house, other than that the entire place looks tired. The small lake /creek is dirty, and lacks any form of water bird life. There is no cafe, dead palm fronds litter what few paths there are. Plant species are not named, nor do paths have direction signs, though understandable as most paths are just rough tracks through over grown plants. I am sure the volunteers do their best, but it either lacks money or interest from the council. Very sad .
