Some good, some bad.
观菲欣纳海洋农场的点评
点评：Bit of a mixed bag. A good list of local wines though pretty expensive. Fish and chips were just about perfect. Fish lightly battered and thick enough to retain it moisture. Chips crunchy and a good serving. Really good.
Mussels with a Spanish style sauce finish were tasty and a good serve, however instead of a slice or two of crusty bread as an accompaniment, a small supermarket bought dinner roll was all that was provided which was a bit average.
The oysters kilpatric though were not good. They’d been over cooked to the point of having virtually all the moisture cooked out of them and shrivelled to not much. I didn’t raise with the venue as they were busy and it just wasn’t worth it, but must admit I’d expected better from a business that farms their own produce.
Overall it was ok, but I probably wouldn’t go to the trouble of heading out of Coles Bay or Freycinet especially for a meal.
