点评:It is very easy to access Farm Tomita from the Furano Train Station. It is about a 10-15 ride on the train and you get off at the Naka-Furano Station. You follow the signs to walk to the parking lot of Farm Tomita.
The admission is free and it all depends on the season (month) when you visit as certain flowers are in full bloom. It was toward the end of the Lavender season when we visited in August but there were still plenty of color to be seen which included orange (French Marigolds), red (Scarlet Sage), lavender (purple), Narrow leaf angelou (white), begonia (pink) and French marigolds (yellow) as well as the common zinnia (yellow).
There are plenty of stands /stalls where you can sample the lavender in drink form (Lamune soda with a ball in the middle) as well as an ice cream cone. In addition, the melon (cantalope) is also popular to try as the melons here have a special fresh taste to it. There are also cafes that serve curry related dishes with sausages. Definitely allow at least 3-4 hours for a visit here and perhaps a bit more if you are coming in the peak season of July when the lavender is in full display!!
