点评：Don’t go! What a terrible and costly experience. Me and two friends who regularly go to Spa’s couldn’t believe how poor it was - from the moment we entered the soaking wet floors of the changing rooms - with only one hairdryer (and no alternative - all being stolen but not to be replaced) , no spinner for wet costumes and an empty roll of alternative plastic bags - not to be replenished according to the spa manager. Maybe a bin bag was suggested. The jacuzzi was a joke as we couldn’t see each other to chat over the foam that was created. And then the included full body massage.. which we booked originally in September for end of the day, and then called last week to be told that many therapists had left the business and had to change the time to middle of the day - when I asked the therapist actually not one had left - interesting none of us three had the same massage experience - one only having a back massage - another included head and arms and the other none other than legs and back. Weird! Including the extremely discourteous staff member who completely lost it and almost made me leave as I was so upset. You should remember people who go to spas often need to escape from some pretty difficult times, and your nasty, nasty words, which another kind young staff member sincerely apologised for - were unmerited and ill timed. Please, please go somewhere else - they just don’t care!!!
翻译：千万别去！真是糟糕透顶又贵得离谱。我和两个经常去水疗中心的朋友简直不敢相信这家店这么差劲——从我们踏进湿漉漉的更衣室地板的那一刻起，就让人失望透顶。更衣室里只有一个吹风机（而且没有备用的——都被偷了，但不会补给），没有甩干湿衣服的甩干机，连一卷空空的塑料袋——水疗中心经理说不会补充。或许有人建议我们用垃圾袋。按摩浴缸简直是个笑话，因为泡沫太多，我们根本看不清彼此，没法聊天。还有那个包含在套餐里的全身按摩……我们九月份就预订了，时间是傍晚，结果上周打电话过去，却被告知很多按摩师都离职了，所以时间改到了中午。我问了按摩师，她却说其实一个都没走——更奇怪的是，我们三个人的按摩体验都不一样——一个只做了背部按摩，一个做了头部和手臂按摩，还有一个只做了腿部和背部按摩。真是莫名其妙！包括那位极其无礼的员工，她完全失控，差点把我赶走，因为我当时非常难过。你应该记住，去水疗中心的人往往需要逃离一些非常艰难的时刻，而你那些恶毒的话语——虽然另一位善良的年轻员工已经真诚地向你道歉——是毫无道理且时机不当的。请你千万不要去这家店——他们根本不在乎顾客的感受！！！
