I ordered a Birthday present for a relative's 80th. The order was delivered TWO weeks before his Birthday, no card inside so he had to phone to find out who sends it. It gets worse the wrong Gift Set was delivered I ordered the one with wine, he got the beer one( doesn't drink beer) I emailed the same evening, called the next day left VM messages on numerous occasions, I even tried WhatsApp, absolutely NOTHING, they completely ghosted me. This company may have a very nice Cheese Shop, but their only business attitude is Stinky ( bit like cheese I suppose😁) Since they have made no effort to contact me or to apologise I will contact my Credit Card Company to take action, it's a shame as a simple apology and gesture of goodwill would have avoided all this.
