The Bone Crypt is not a novelty. It is a resource. It is both a snapshot and a window of times and practices gone by.
A sobering, tiny but important place, preserved against an increasingly soulless world where you can enter, literally an underworld and in a 20ft square space, contemplate just what it's all about in the upstairs realm. (No - not heaven - the everyday)
Also, there is much to look at above ground too. So pick a nice day to visit and spend some time both inside and outside the church.
Go. Visit. Come face to face with the reality of life. Where we all end up.
