点评：Our family of 5 (mom, dad, 18yo, 5yo, and newborn) chose Cruise Abaco because of their unique captain-by-day offering for a 10-day charter aboard a Leopard 42 while also learning to sail. With no prior experience, we weren’t sure if getting our entire 101 to 114 ASA certifications would be possible while parenting, cooking, and ‘test driving’ our future life-style. We read the curriculum and prepped as much as possible before our trip, but were so grateful to get Will as our captain and instructor. His calm demeanor and laid back approach helped us absorb insights without letting us forget that sailing is an adventure, not a chore. He perfectly balanced vacationing with learning, and you could tell he was genuinely committed to our success. As both a long time sailor and resident of the Abacos, he was an endless source of knowledge. Overall, he was a pleasure to have on board and we look forward to staying in touch throughout our future endeavors. Whether you’re seeking a patient instructor, a knowledgeable local, or a competent captain to helm your adventure, be sure to ask for Will!
