点评：We had a whale of a time, such a fantastic experience!
Along with the whole team, Olivia Knows so much and cares passionately about every one of these lovely birds, and other wildlife too. She is also very much in tune with the environment and conditions needed for all our creatures to thrive.
She recognised our initial nervousness but this was soon dispelled with an easy learning curve, from little Bailey the barn owl graduating to great big Norman the Eagle owl! It was wonderful to see the falcons and hawks close to, their exquisite markings, sharp eyes, incredible beaks and claws, all adapted to their hunting needs and flight patterns, interactions and habitats. We loved hearing about Elvis the raven’s training programme too!
Olivia and the Fur and Feathers Team are as good with people as they are with the birds! She was so thoughtful, anticipating our needs and promoting lively photo opportunities too.
Thank you for all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes. As she said, “You get to do the fun bit!” We certainly did, but the team manage to show how much they enjoy their work too, which enhanced our experience greatly.
A big thank you for a marvellous treat right from arranging the beautiful birthday voucher to our welcome, and farewell gift with pictures of all the endearing avian family!
