点评：THE GOOD: The cabins are lovely, the location by Lake Inari's shore is perfect, the walk to Hotel Inari for breakfast is enjoyable, and the buffet is excellent. Truly a magical experience in a one-of-a-kind location, except for...
THE BAD: I paid 43 Euros for one hour of sauna at night. I received multiple keycards for the sauna cabin, "as a precaution", the lady said. Following her suggestion, I left one card outside the cabin. After 15 mins of sauna enjoyment, I plunged into the lake and came back shivering to realize the card didn't work. I had left my cabin's key inside the sauna cabin, as well as my smartphone. I was effectively locked outside while almost naked and chilling from lake water. Reception was already closed for the day. If I had been traveling alone, it would've been quite dangerous.
SUGGESTIONS: I strongly recommend not allowing guests to use the sauna alone after Reception closing time, just to be safe.
Also, please improve communication between the Holiday Village and the main hotel building. There was an issue with verifying our breakfast reservations on the second day.
