Wonderful Cappadocia experience
Delil Travel - Tours的点评
点评：I don’t know where to start to appreciate their service.
First, I found their website while searching a private tour to Hattusa from Cappadocia. As they were responsible, I decided to take their tour (one day for hiking in valleys & castles in Cappadocia and another day for Hattusa).
Day1: I had booked an airport transfer with another company, but the company suddenly canceled my booking a day before the arrival day, and I asked Delil company if they could help me. Even though it was a last minute booking, they came to pick me up at the airport.
Day2: Hiking in the valleys was just so wonderful. They were very flexible and I could go every place where I wanted to visit, they patiently listened to my wishes and also answered all my questions about the culture and history.
Day3: Hattusa tour was unfortunately canceled due to an unexpected heavy snow, but they arranged an hotel for one more night in Cappadocia, kindly managed my sudden plan changes, and fully refunded while offering a ride and those arranges.
Although they own an hotel (Uchisar Premium Hotel), they didn’t force me to stay there, but I just trusted them enough at this point and stayed there. I also recommend this hotel; very clean, staffs were all friendly and very very very helpful.
Owner and all of the staffs were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I almost felt like visiting my cousins at their office. And many of them can speak Japanese (though I didn’t pick them coz of this reason), that is a bonus for Japanese travelers.
Again I cannot thank them enough, and now I wanna come back to Turkey not only for retrying Hattusa tour, but also for seeing them again.

再次，我非常感谢他们，现在我想回到土耳其，不仅是为了重试哈图沙之旅，也是为了再次见到他们。
