Great service, brilliant staff and lovely food next door

点评：We had a fantastic experience with Tsakiris in Bansko, and we can’t thank Pepi enough for her patience, kindness, and brilliant teaching. Our 4 year old daughter, Norah, had never skied before, but after just three days, she was confidently skiing blue run number 1, and by day four, she had mastered it and even skied the snow road into town! Pepi made learning fun, built her confidence, and ensured she felt safe and happy on the slopes—we couldn’t have asked for a better instructor.
The staff at Tsakiris were also fantastic, making the ski and boot hire process smooth and hassle-free. Everyone was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
Also, a huge thank you as well to the restaurant next door, Station (also part of Tsakiris), for their amazing food and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Petra, who was so lovely with Norah. She made every visit feel special, and we truly appreciated her kindness.
I highly recommend Tsakiris and station to anyone visiting Bansko. We’ll definitely be back!
