Rude, unaccommodating staff

点评:While the slide and the mountain coaster were fun, we had horrible interactions with some of the staff.
I went down the slide, and the guide up top accidentally sent me down too early on the track behind a father and young son who were going SO slow. So on my way down I had to stop three times and did not get my money worth.
I paid for a second ride so I could actually get a good experience. When I got back to the top to go down again, the slide operator asked if they had given me a free ride, since I was stuck behind slow people and didn’t have a good experience. He said he radio’ed down to the operators at the bottom to let them know to give me a chance to go up again. They did NOT offer a free ride, and I didn’t know I could have asked the operators to let me go again because of the slow people in front of me
The operator at the top told me to talk to the guys at the bottom again to ask for a refund or another free ride. The operator was INCREDIBLY rude and dismissive and he said he “didn’t hear from the other operator” - at the same time we heard over the radio the top operator said “the lady in the red jacket needs another ride”
They called another guy over (assuming the manager) and I explain the situation. He said that because I was on the slow track I should have expected to go slow, even though I explained to him that it was the other operators fault for sending me down too early behind two people who were purposefully going extremely slow, causing me to stop multiple times on the track. They refused to refund me or honor another ride.
Then men at the bottom also would not tell us their names.
Horrible service and hospitality. Rude staff. Overpriced rides. unseasoned food in the cafe too.
