Fun tasting - wish the process was different

点评：I wanted to try the moonshine tasting here after seeing a lot of posts for the products online. It’s $5 for a tasting and you basically get that $5 back if you purchase anything as your ticket is also a coupon which is really nice. The samples are small but plenty to get a taste. Payton led our tasting and she was great. (She would get a 5 star if I was just rating her). She was really funny and made it a fun time. My biggest negative would be the process of the tasting was a little unorganized and disappointing to me. I understand the concept and reasoning to make it almost a production because they want to get as many people in and out as possible so it’s a standard menu. I wish you could pick your own flavors to taste though because I ended up purchasing 3 I didn’t even get to try because I WANTED to try them. If I don’t like them once I’m home now then I’m basically out 3 expensive bottles of moonshine and I could only get 3 because I was flying and had a limit. I would almost rather them raise the price of the tasting and make it more personalized rather than an unorganized fight to get a spot at 1 of the 20 person bars. There are definitely ways they could make it more organized and an overall better and more personal experience while still serving a lot of people. Overall I’m glad I did it and it was fun but if you want to try certain flavors you’ll be disappointed.
