Our itinerary took us through the dunes of Huacachina, the heights of Cusco and Ollantaytambo, the stunning Rainbow Mountain, and the peaceful waters of Puno and the Floating Islands.
The Amazon Experience
Tambopata Reserve. Our guide at Sandoval Lake, Louie, was fantastic. His ability to spot wildlife and his deep knowledge of the jungle ecosystem made our time in the Amazon truly memorable.
The 4-Day Inca Trail: A World-Class Team.
The trek to Machu Picchu was the undisputed highlight. We cannot thank the porters enough—their strength and hard work are the backbone of this experience. The service on the trail felt like a 5-star hotel:
Ever (Our Chef): How Ever produces such tasty, varied, and good food on a mountain trail is a mystery. The food was a highlight of every day, and he even surprised us with a celebratory cake at the end of the trek!
Roberto (Our Waiter): An absolute professional who was incredibly attentive and made every meal a joy.

The true heart of our trip was our guide, Joel Apaza. We spent a total of 9 days with Joel across the trek and other excursions. He is an inspiring leader who started as our guide and truly ended as family.
Conquering the thin air and steep climbs was only possible because of Joel’s constant encouragement and expert guidance. He knew exactly when to push us and when to share a laugh or a story.
