Amazing 5 days with driver Sampath!

点评：used SL wide tours to organize a 5 night 6 day trip.
Onali and Seu( Sewandi) were very professional from the get-go. Communication was done through WhatsApp and they didn't hesitate to accommodate the changes I wanted in the itinerary.
Didn't like the hotel they recommended in Trincomalee so I had to book it separately.
The tour itself
Our driver was Sampath. He was always on time and the car was very clean and comfortable. He was always dressed nicely.He never stopped to put gas while with us because he already does it ahead of time. We enjoyed the tour overall. Sampath was flexible when we made some requests that wasn't in the itinerary. He went above and beyond sometimes to get meds for my husband. He also suggested changing some things to make use of the good weather.
Things to improve I don't think these drivers are guides. They should stop using the word guide unless they're trained.
Have a few options when it comes to tours in each location in case the people you work with on a regular basis are busy. Coordinate beforehand with people on the ground to book tours. Sampath did a great job making the Minneriya Reserve tour a great success.
Let us know about the dress code and what's needed to enjoy certain activities better.
