Lovely views, mainly flat. Bad disabled toilet

点评：Went to try out Astbury Mere Country Park today with some other wheelies. The majority of the place was great, flat, accessible and lovely views. There was only 1 point going round that I had a little issue, with a bit of a curb. But once I figured out the correct angle, I was OK. Car park was good, only 2 disabled bays, but the rest was unmarked, so you could potentially use more space if needed. Plus, it's only 60p for 2 hours, or £1.50 for any longer. Very cute little cafe next to the car park, that serves dog ice cream. There was a ramp to get inside, with wjat looked like a nice wide door. At the little cafe, there was even a space at the picnic bench for a wheelchair 👏🏻
The big down point was the toilet, unfortunately. The door wasn't exactly wide, my hand rails scraped on the door/frame, trying to get in and out. Inside is not the most spacious, larger chairs would struggle to turn easily. Then the emergency pull cord was tied around a grab bar (actually tied in a knot 🤦🏼♀️). What use is that?
