Breathtakingly beautiful from the top, gut wrenching disappointing at the bottom

点评：Visited in mid October - I’d hate to be here mid summer when I suspect it would be rammed.
The beach is made of white pebbles - uncomfortable unless you bring sea shoes and chairs with you. Toilets and changing facilities aside (all clean!), that was where the facilities stopped - was it due to being mid October? Surprised to be honest, given this is one of the top spots to visit.
Sea was just as crystal clear as it looks from the top - bit rough and shelved sharply.
There’s natural shade depending on which end you sit on, but otherwise a suntrap and you needn’t take your own parasol.
Road down was winding and parking good - again, I’d hate to see what it’s like in the summer.
Glad we’ve been, may well go back before we go home, but to be honest, given the spectacular view from the top, the reality of it down below couldn’t be more different and we were desperately disappointed….
