Disgusting, unprofessional behaviour, bad customer services

点评：Warning! ‼️ do not book! This company is ripping customers off! And are wasting your money! Staff are rude and unprofessional.
I attended with my family and when it came to collecting my pottery I was then told it had been thrown away. (Even after making numerous phone calls requesting to hold as I was struggling to come and collect).
The service received is atrocious and a member of staff named Sarah is honestly the rudest person I’ve ever come across. When I called to discuss why has the pottery been thrown away I was told that their staff are truthful and no one recalls your conversation. I don’t think I’ve ever been spoken too in such a manner. It’s such an unprofessional company and the way they talk to their customers are digusting. I would never recommend anyone to go to this place! They charge ridiculous prices but to only go and throw away your possessions. And of top of that, you get told that their policy clearly states if not collected in 2 months it will be destroyed. When you book over the phone there’s nothing as such told nor is anything advertised in the shop. You get told it’s advertised on their website. But who would check the website if you live locally and call them. Honestly avoid going at all costs and find another pottery place to go to with family.
