点评：We recently attended the short fish course at Waiting Table Cooking School in Lecce, Italy, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The course was incredibly informative. We learned so much about the local produce and ingredients. We also stopped by the local fish market and learned how to select the freshest fish and prepare it perfectly. The hands-on guidance was exceptional, especially in making a healthy pasta from scratch, which highlighted the beauty of simple, high-quality ingredients.
We also had the opportunity to enjoy wines from the region, paired expertly with the dishes we created, as well as tasting some of the finest extra-virgin olive oils. The passion and knowledge of the owner was inspiring, making the experience not just educational but also deeply enjoyable. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to dive into the culinary delights southern Italy —it's a true celebration of Italian food and culture!
