点评:We booked our crossing well in advance to ensure that we could get a pet friendly cabin and a car space as these are always in high demand. Less than a week from our sailing date the crossing is cancelled and the only contact we have is an email. No contact from customer services to offer an alternative date. Telephone line jammed with other disappointed customers and a recorded message telling us to rebook online. I went online an managed to amend the booking to 5 days later only to then receive another email a couple of hours later to say that this new booking was being reviewed with the possibility of cancellation !! Again no contact from CS, just a email without even an apology. I managed to speak to someone on the phone after holding for 20 minutes and was told that the next available pet cabin was only available in a further 2 weeks time and that I should book it because the ferry gets booked up very fast. Well, if you keep cancelling crossings what do you think will happen? A service that is woeful at the best of times is now getting even worse and Northlink don't seem to care.
