点评：Errr well. My friend and I went to McDonald portal
Hotel , spa and golf place. We should have gone months ago but it was cancelled due to a fire. So we re booked and paid more … total £82 each.
Got there .., got our robes and slippers. Headed for the pool. Well ! If we’d have got in we wouldn’t have got out. No gradual slope into the pool . Shear drop in and shear steps to get out. No disabled friendly. They was the first thing
We headed for the lounge to wait for our treatment , the lifts didn’t work. So we had to climb stairs
My friends facial booked at 2 for facial and me 2.30. She came in for my friend at 2.15 and came back at 2.45 . So I got up to have mine. I said i need the toilet first. None on that floor. Had to go outside to another lift. As the girl got to the door she said there’s no point in a 15 minute facial and accused my friend of Holding up the process. So I wanted to speak to the manager.
So we headed upstairs for our afternoon tea which a table should have been prepared. It wasn’t and the waitress said … oh we thought we’d finished.
Manager comes over …. I told her my friend was targeted. My friend said the girl only helped her get off The bed. As she has a degenerative illness.
Manager tried to see if we wanted to go to parent hotel or refund. Errr no
Anyhoo we had the vegan tea no cloth on the table . Nothing to write home about at all. So it’s left in the managers have to get my refund back. What a bloody disaster.ill never go there agsin. I came way with no facial. Considering it was supposed to be relaxing dsy it wasn’t , it was a disaster .
