点评：There was turmoil from the moment we arrived, people were already asking for a refund and just leaving without their order, the line wrapped around customers eating and around the shop area, then people that were in the line stopped at the counter to select chocolates, so people started to walk around them to get there orders placed, just confusion. So this has taken 20min to get an order placed, then the wait begins, it must have take at a min 30-40min to get the hot drinks, customers complaining to the staff as they were serving, furniture must have been collected from a council clean up, no heaters outside were on, just a mess from the start, staff calling out for take away coffees, client have left ages ago. Never again, poor young staff were struggling, but doing their best, invest a bit in the condition of the deck/building, sort out the lines situation, replace the old unsafe furniture and get a new deck.
