点评：I purchased last minute tickets off the waiting list for the Gracie Abrams concert on 28 Feb at this venue. This concert ended up being cancelled less than 24 hours later after I was able to purchase these tickets of the waiting list. Gracie announced this before the Forest National did. This whole situation was very disappointing but made even worse by the fact that there has not been any further communication about next steps after the cancellation. I asked for a refund and was told multiple times, this couldn't happen yet until it is known if the concert will be rescheduled. I made it clear I do not live in Belgium and would not be able to attend any other dates, and want my money back, which seems very reasonable considering how shortly after I purchased tickets the show was cancelled. I requested information about how to log a complaint with the organisation multiple times and this was never provided. Instead, I no longer got responses (see attached email correspondence). This whole situation is very disappointing and was handled in an unacceptable manner. I would highly recommend avoiding this venue at all cost.
