点评:We visited Mini Meadows on 5th April, for there Easter event. They had advertised over there social media to say there Easter event starts from 5th April and my son was excited to do the chicks handling and handle the guinea pigs his 2 favourite things. We got there to be given tickets for everything else but no chick handling when I questioned this the staff said it wasn't happening. I said but theres no notice and isn't advertised anywhere it's not happening and I've paid for Easter event tickets and if I knew I wouldn't haven't travelled an hour as my son really wanted to do it. No apology or anything I said I'm not happy and would like some return tickets to come back having travelled and hour, advised to email Ben the manager. I emailed Ben and mentioned situation and I mentioned you falsely advertised an event and failed to deliver and asked for some return tickets to come back to do the chicks he identified he 'keeps chicks back' for a certain date of the Easter event. Why advertise you are able to do it from 5th April then to get there and for it not to happen. Falsely accepting public money and not fulfillling the event you should be ashamed of yourself! He refused to offer a refund or a replacement ticket for us to drive back so my son could experience it he tried to offer us 2/3 buckets of food worth £3 when we paid £37 for the tickets - how is that a good will gesture?!
Wasted trip for us, only 2 rabbit enclosures open. Guinea pig was shut and no chicks handling. Ben clearly doesn't care about his customers that was clear from his poor responses dealing with this situation. I would recommend you spend your money elsewhere where!
