Escape Room Expectations Exceeded

点评：I wasn't expecting much with the escape room here but love escape rooms and bought the Fun Pass so as it part of the deal chose this venue as it is one of our closer rooms. The host was very friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome straight away. They were quick to answer the help phone when needed which was only once luckily. The theme was excellent and well done and added to the overall atmosphere. The room is quite small so definitely better with only a couple or few people. Any more than 3 and it'd be too crowded and interfere with one of the puzzles.
It was probably one of the easier rooms we've completed but we've done a lot so know many of the things to look for. The puzzles were still fun and a challenge even with prior experience of other escape rooms.
Overall this exceeded my expectations and I had a great time. The puzzles were well thought out and flowed well. The only improvement might be providing a torch. The room was quite dark to create the right atmosphere which was fine but at times it was difficult to read some of the things we needed to.
